1. Scope of Application These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through our online store gxglam, covering all department store goods sold on the site.

2. Conclusion of Contract Product displays on the online store do not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to submit an order. By clicking the "Buy Now" button, you submit a binding order for all items in your shopping cart. A sales contract is formed once we accept your order via order confirmation email.

3. Prices & Shipping Fees All listed prices include applicable US sales tax. Shipping fees are calculated separately and displayed during checkout.Shipping rates for deliveries within the United States:

   Orders under $58: Standard shipping fee of $4.99Orders

        $58 and above: Free standard shipping 

4. Delivery We deliver to valid shipping addresses located within the United States. Standard delivery takes approximately 3–5 business days unless otherwise noted.If we are unable to fulfill your ordered items through no fault of our own (e.g., permanent stock shortages from our suppliers), we reserve the right to cancel the contract. We will notify you immediately and issue a full refund for any payments already received.

Retention of Title All merchandise remains the property of gxglam until full payment of the purchase price has been completed. 7. Warranty All products are covered under applicable United States consumer warranty laws.
