1. Right of Return
You have the right to cancel your order and return purchased goods within 14 calendar days without providing any reason. The return period starts on the day you or a third party designated by you (excluding carriers) takes physical possession of the merchandise.
To exercise your return right, you must inform us of your decision to cancel the contract via a clear written notice (such as email, mail, or fax). You may use a custom return request form, which is optional and not mandatory. Sending the return notification before the expiration of the 14-day period is sufficient to comply with the return deadline.
2. Consequences of Return & Refund Rules
If you cancel your order, we shall refund all payments received from you, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days from the date we receive your cancellation notice. Additional shipping fees incurred from choosing expedited shipping instead of our standard free/regular shipping service will not be refunded.
We will process the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise explicitly agreed with you. No additional service fees will be charged for any refund transaction.
We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we receive and inspect the returned goods, or until you provide valid proof of shipment for the returned items (whichever occurs earlier).
You must send back or deliver the goods to us promptly, and no later than 14 days from the date you submit your cancellation notice. The return period is deemed satisfied if the goods are shipped before the 14-day deadline.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
You are only liable for any depreciation of the goods if the damage or value loss is caused by excessive handling that goes beyond normal inspection and testing of the product’s condition, features, and functionality.
3. Return Exceptions
The 14-day free return policy does not apply to customized and made-to-order products. This includes goods manufactured according to individual customer selections, personalized specifications, or products specially tailored to the personal needs of the customer.
